After Rachael & Danny's fun pre-wedding shoot, I was very excited to be photographing their special day at Matfen Hall, Northumberland. Megan was assisting me at their wedding, and when we turned up the room was buzzing with excitement.
Rachael chose a stunning ivory satin gown by Pronovias from Mia Sposa in Newcastle and her beautiful sash came from Sassi Holford with added a gorgeous detail to her stunning dress.
Rachael's shoes came from Dorathy Perkins and the bridesmaids dresses where from True Bride (Luna Collection).

The lovely girls from ND Hair & Make-up did a wonderful job at making the girls look and feel amazing throughout the day.
Danny's choice of menswear were very unique and came from Mia Sposa.
They wore blue and white pin striped shirt, with a light brown waist coat, a black & white checkered tie and finished off with a black jacket.
We think the ladies had been clever in organising their room choices as they got ready in a spacious bridal suite, on the other hand the men were jumping over each other in one of many smaller bedrooms to get ready in! ;-)
It was very emotional when the brides dad; Collin came into the bridal suite and had tears of joy for how beautiful Rachael looked.
In the Great Hall where the ceremony took place was decorated stunningly by The Finishing Touch Company. The sequin chair covers looked amazing next to all of the candles.
The couple chose to have a memorial table to remember loved ones, and make them a part of their wedding ceremony, which was very moving.
When Danny first saw his wife to be he became very moved and they were lots of happy tears.
After their first kiss together as man and wife, Rachael gave a whoop of excitement that she was now Danny's wife, which made everyone giggle.
Throughout the ceremony, pianist Lucy Bewley played beautifully and made the atmosphere spectacular.
The wonderful soft pink peony bouquets and the other flower decorations came from The Finishing Touch Company.
The beautiful mirrored table plan, table names, and mini menus were made By Wendy Unique Stationery. Instead of favours, the couple chose to support The Alzheimer's Society & Prostate Cancer charity and got all of their guests pin badges to wear with pride.
The stunning five tier cake with handmade sugar roses was made by the talented Dawn from the Master Cakesmith. The flavours were astonishing: there was spiced fruit cake, raspberry and white chocolate, dark chocolate and whipped milk chocolate ganache, lemon and white chocolate, and carrot!
Chris Cross was very good at keeping all the guests entertained with his magic.
The light up love heart and R&D letters came from Coco Luminaire.
The first dance (Ain't got you - Alicia Keys) was spectacular. Everyone was whooping and so impressed with both Danny & Rachael's dance moves!
The Fontains (band) kept the guest entertained the guest all night on the dance floor.
Congratulations again to Mr & Mrs Dawe on your marriage and amazing wedding!!
